Amazing and quick to make mini donuts!! Same recipe applies for bigger donuts (just extend cooking time below from 6 minutes to 8 minutes)

Press 1/2 cup of sugar and butter together in a bowl until crumbly.
Add egg yolks and stir until combined.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a separate bowl. Place 1/3 Of the flour mixture and 1/2 sour cream into the sugar/egg mixture. Mix until combined.
Slowly add the rest of the mixture until all combined into a dough.
Refrigerate dough until ready to use, if ready immediately leave for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.
Whilst the dough is in the fridge, mix the seperate bowl of sugar and cinnamon together.
Roll dough out onto a lightly floured work surface to 1/2-inch thick. Cut circles (I used a champagne glass) make a small hole in the middle to create the donut shape.
Now preheat the foodi on air fry 170 degrees.
Use the melted butter to light coat each side of the donut, then add these to the crisper basket spread out. Generally about 6-8 donuts per batch.
Once the foodi has been preheated. Added the crisper basket in and cook on 170 degrees for 6 minutes and repeat with the rest of the donuts.
Once the batch has finished carefully take the donuts out onto a plate.
With the remaining melted butter coat the top of the donut and press into the cinnamon sugar mix made earlier.
Now enjoy!
