Mince for pie/dumplings/cottage pie (for batch cooking)

Lovely and tasty versatile savoury mince recipe

 1 kg 5% mince
 1 Large carrot diced
 1 Medium onion diced
 3 Shallots or another onion diced
 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 2 tbsp Mustard
 Freshly ground black pepper to taste
 400 ml Beef stock made with cubes & stock pots

Choose sear/sauté and brown your mince - stir well

Then add the diced onion and shallot - stir well

Add the carrot, all seasoning and stock mix well then set function to pressure cook for 10 mins - don’t forget to put the lid on, lock and put vent to seal, just leave it to do its thing

That’s it all cooked and ready to portion and freeze - so quick and easy. Enjoy this in lots of dishes
