1 Medium onion Diced
190 g Chopped bacon into little pieces
1 Garlic shredded
Salt and pepper
450 ml Chicken stock
100 g Gruyère cheers, grated
1 kg Potatoes Sliced

Add butter and pre heat for 2 mins

Add bacon and onion. Fry for few minutes to brown.

Layer potatoes into pot

Add bacon, onion, garlic and season.
Put over chicken stock

Put over cheese

Close the lid and move slider to Combi-steam position. Slelect steam roast and set temp to 180.
Time 20mins.
